Returns

Before returning a product to Made of Matter, please contact us at contact@madeofmatter.com.
To be eligible for a refund, items

- need to be returned within 14 days from purchase
- must be unused and in the same condition as received
- must be in the original packaging

Made of Matter reserves the right to refund items not at all or partially only, if the item is

- not in its original condition
- returned more than 14 days after purchase

The following items cannot be returned and refunded:

- Custom orders
- Gift cards
- Items on sale

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by Made of Matter, you will receive an email to confirm receipt including the information if your refund has been fully or partially approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you have not received a refund, ensure to re-check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Processing may take some time before your refund is posted.
